A well-known, market leading global digital & customer experience consultancy seeks a Strategy Director to lead a team of strategists in devising and developing strategies across UX / CX, platform build products and services.
Working across a high-profile B2C client base, this is a chance to work closely with your team and clients in defining strategies and presenting award-winning digital solutions.
This role would suit someone with experience leading a team of strategists in an agency or consultancy environment.
As Strategy Director, you will:
- Manage a team of 5-7 digital and customer experience strategists.
- Work closely with your team, clients and consultancy teams to identify goals and create metrics.
- Devise and present digital strategies across digital, content marketing, social media, analytics and software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a joined-up approach to client satisfaction and development.
- Contribute to new business pitches
To apply for this role, you must have:
- Led a team of strategists in the past.
- Experience working in digital strategy for a well-respected consultancy or agency.
- A deep knowledge of digital and social channels, as well as a desire to innovate.
- Experience working on large-scale (£2m+) programmes of work.
