With 2,000 employees spread across 50 countries, they integrate with 300,000 point of sale systems in a number of luxury retailers and brands including Harrods, Selfridges, John Lewis, Liberty’s, Apple, Cartier, De Beers, Hermès, Rolex, Dior and Jimmy Choo.

Their products include tax-free shopping, smart data and intelligence, marketing and sales, POS technology and payment solutions.

The role

This Product Manager is responsible for designing and implementing digital marketing product strategies to support with database monetisation.

As part of an agile multi-disciplinary team, you will oversee the implementation of a MarTech solution that can manage campaigns at scale; evolve direct-to-consumer marketing products and channels to raise awareness and drive footfall to stores; advise on performance marketing trends; govern practice principles to achieve top engagement results.

We’re looking for someone with experience delivering customer-centric online marketing products in a B2C organisation, with deep understanding of MarTech solutions such as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, and SAS, along with knowledge of revenue-generating performance measured digital marketing campaigns.
