The role

The Product Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a seamless and consistent customer experience across mobile products. This will include defining and executing a product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all (end-to-end) mobile products that are aligned both with customer and business needs.

Some of the responsibilities include
  • Work closely with commercial teams (including country MDs) to understand specific requirements and challenges.
  • Define the product vision and strategy across mobile products including mobile app, mobile web, and comms channels.
  • Propose proof-of-concepts and solutions derived from defined customer needs and business objectives.
  • Oversee analysis and research to identify optimisation and development opportunities that improve customer experience.
  • Ensure real-time decisioning logic and scheduled campaign flows are developed and maintained in accordance with product needs, ensuring a hyper-personalised customer experience.
  • Support with establishing an end-to-end digital customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager, tech, and design teams to build, prioritise and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Ensure thorough testing to ensure bugs are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Manage the go-to-market of new products and features – communicating these and subsequent benefits to commercial teams.
  • Provide updates on product performance and impact on commercial KPYs.
To apply, you should have
  • Worked as a Product Manager, overseeing sophisticated mobile (app and web) projects.
  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to analyse and design complex workflows and processes.
  • Strong data knowledge – including awareness of real-time decisioning and marketing automation to build a hyper-personalised customer experience.
  • Expert-level organisation, problem-solving, communication presentation skills.
