Account Manager – Pharma Intelligence

£35,000 – £45,000 + OTE

We are looking for an Account Manager who will help our client continue their exceptional growth. This is the chance to join a global Healthcare Research and Technology brand who work with leading NHS trusts and Pharmaceutical giants. The Account Manager will be joining an established and market leading research team, working with global key clients ensuring project delivery and managing relationships.

Based in West London, our client have great offices focused around creating a culture of inclusion, collaboration and innovation. The Account Manager will be the key point of contact with clients, up-selling and growing accounts being proactive to provide added value – going above and beyond to achieve targets and account growth.

The Role:
  • You will be responsible for the commercial relationships of key accounts within market leading Pharmaceutical brands and agencies.
  • Managing account ROI and up-selling added value service.
  • Building long term relationships within your accounts as well as taking opportunities to increase account spend and earning potential.
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers and Directors to ensure consistency and client satisfaction.
  • Display excellent client services, ensuring reliable and continual communication with clients and taking pride in retaining accounts.
  • Experience working with B2B clients and up-selling / growing accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, happy to present findings and reports face to face,
  • Comfortable managing client expectations and managing pressure.
  • Target driven with a hunger to succeed.
  • An ability to foresee potential problems and displaying a judgement to manage client expectations.
